Customer Care Agent
EasyPark, formerly PARKMOBILE, the #1 Parking App in the world, is looking for a Customer Care Agent for our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands, that can help support our customers by optimizing our social media, email and phone communication platforms. Are you customer oriented, flexible and a team player? Then we are looking for you!
You’ll contribute and make an impact by:
- Providing high quality service to our customers who have questions or encounter problems; through the following communication channels, telephone, WhatsApp, Chat, Email and Social Media;
- Keeping internal systems up to date regularly
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to support our customers
- You’ll contribute to team meetings and (improvement) projects.
You’ll have a positive attitude;
You are analytical and solution-oriented;
Your Dutch and English, both oral and written, is perfect;
You can easily switch between different activities;
You are able to work in a dynamic environment and love to help people;
You’ll have at least MBO+/HBO level;
You can work both in a team and independently.
